Removing books from Kindle Cloud: First you need to understand the differences between removing books from Kindle Cloud and removing books from Kindle Device. Removing books from kindle device is just removing from your device that is your books will actually in Cloud which means you can at any time still download to your device and read your books. Where as if you are planning to remove books from Kindle cloud means you are removing that particular book permanently
.
Note : Before you do this, please make sure you understand that if you delete a book completely from your Kindle Cloud, you will not be able to read it any more unless you purchase the book again.

Now let's remove contents from Kindle Cloud completely and permanently.
1) Login to Amazon.com and go to "Manage Your Content and Devices" (Formerly "Manage your Kindle") page. In this page you can see all the items in your Kindle Cloud, which means they can be synced to all your registered Kindle devices and apps.
2) Select the books you want to delete, and then click on "Delete" button.
Once you select your book and press delete. (you can select multiple books at a time). It will ask you for an pop up for delete confirmation again as shown in the below figure. If you select delete it will be permanently deleted from your kindle cloud.
